I would like to invite you to my concert on the 10th of September at 12:30 during the International Gaudeamus Week.
The concert will be held at the BIMHUIS (Muziekgebouw aan 't IJ). Sonsoles Alonso will be playing pieces for piano, with live-electronics and live-video.
In October 2009 Sonsoles premiered some of these pieces in Gothenburg (Sweden) during the festival Listen to the World with compositions for piano & live video by me and Anne Parlevliet (NL) and absolutely stunning visuals by Mexican video artist Emmanuel Flores.
The program at the Bimhuis features those but also new works by me & Emmanuel and is part of the International Gaudeamus Week. Entrance to this concert is FREE.

Kasia Głowicka

Kasia Głowicka is modern music composer.
She graduated from the Wroclaw Academy of Music in Poland under her mentor Grazyna Pstrokonska-Nawratil before pursuing postgraduate studies at the Royal Conservatory of Music in The Hague under Louis Andriessen, and at the Strasbourg Conservatory under Ivan Fedele.
Her fervent belief in the new computer medium has taken her to Northern Ireland where she completed her PhD in 2008 at the Sonic Arts Research Centre.
Currently she is a freelance musician in the Netherlands and a lecturer of computer music at Royal Conservatory Brussels.
