Anna Karawajczyk graduated in chemistry at
the University of Wroclaw (Poland) in 2003, has been working at
the the Netherlands Bioinformatics Centre of the Radboud University in
Nijmegen (NL) from February 2007, she obtained PhD title from the
University of Leiden (NL) on 31th of October 2007. Our congratulations!

Her Majesty the Queen Beatrix and Ania Karawajczyk
– both received a doctor title from the University of Leiden: the
Queen – doctor honoris causa in 2005 and Ania in chemistry in 2007. In 2005, the Queen received an honorary doctorate from the University of Leiden, in recognition of the attention she has focused on freedom and the responsibilities that go with it.
